WillyGoat and Shipping in Today's Environment
Given the uncertainty on everyone's mind regarding the current situation with COVID-19, we at WillyGoat wanted to write a short post to elaborate on how our order fulfilment has been affected. Over the past few weeks, we have experienced an unprecedented demand for our swing sets. While usually we would have no problem with such high demand, COVID-19 has led many of our partners around the country to be forced to work differently. As a result, we are facing acute supply shortages on many of these products, as inventory levels around the country are running very low.
Beyond limited inventory, disruptions in warehouses and shipping have also caused fluctuations in lead times for products shipped all around the country. Because of this, you may not receive your product in the time originally stated in your order. While we understand this may pose an inconvenience, we hope to also convey that at WillyGoat, we are committed to health and safety above all else. Further, you can rest assured you will receive your product, and our hope is that any delay is minimal.
To restate, the coupling of COVID-19 and an unprecedented demand for our swing sets has led to depleted inventory levels and potential shipping delays for previously ordered products. Our team at WillyGoat works to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience, and while these delays may prove inconvenient, we want you to rest assured that your product will get to you -- it may just take a little longer.
